Sherry Joseph serves as the Director of Business & Finance for Sisters School District. Born in Redmond and raised in the small Eastern Oregon town of Heppner, she has built her career around service, dedication, and community. After earning an accounting degree from Blue Mountain Community College, Sherry began her career with Les Schwab, where she worked in accounting for 12 years. In 1998, she joined Crook County School District and remained there until 2016, when she became part of Sisters School District. She has truly enjoyed serving the Sisters community and considers it a privilege to work in such an outstanding school district.

Outside of work, Sherry is the proud parent of three adult children and grandparent to three wonderful grandchildren. She enjoys reading, crafting, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her family. As she prepares to retire at the end of the 2026-2027 school year, she looks back with gratitude on a rewarding career in education and looks forward to the next chapter with family, friends, and new adventures.
