Facility Usage
Facility Usage
Sisters School District welcomes community organizations, nonprofits, businesses, youth groups, and individuals to use district facilities when they are available and their use supports district policies and procedures. From classrooms and conference rooms to gyms, athletic fields, auditoriums, and other spaces, our facilities are available to help support educational, recreational, cultural, and community activities. Facility use is scheduled around district programs and events, which always receive priority.
Whether you're planning a one-time event or requesting recurring use of a district facility, this page provides the information you need to begin the reservation process, review facility use guidelines, and access our online reservation system.
Have questions? Please contact Operations & Facilities for more information or assistance.
Requesting a Facility Reservation
Sisters School District uses Brightly Event Manager to manage facility reservations. Existing users with a Brightly account may submit facility requests directly through the online reservation system. All requests are reviewed by the Operations Specialist and must be approved before a facility reservation is confirmed.
If you do not already have a Brightly account, please contact Operations & Facilities before submitting a request. Our staff will help you create an account and guide you through the reservation process.
Facility reservation process:
- Review the Administrative Rule KG-AR - Community Use of District Facilities (facility usage agreement and fee schedule) located in the School Board section of this site
- Sign into the Brightly Event Manager portal (or contact Operations & Facilities to create a new account).
- Submit your facility reservation request.
- Provide any required documentation, including proof of liability insurance if applicable.
- Wait for approval before advertising or holding your event.
Please note that rental fees, staffing costs, custodial services, equipment needs, and insurance requirements may vary depending on the facility requested and the type of event. Users are expected to follow all district policies and leave facilities clean, safe, and in good condition following their event.
