Care Solace (Mental Health Support)

Sisters School District is proud to partner with Care Solace to help ensure every student, family, and staff member has access to mental health care and substance use treatment when they need it. This partnership removes many of the barriers families often face when searching for care by providing personalized assistance in finding local providers that match their unique needs, preferences, and insurance coverage.

Care Solace is a confidential care coordination service, not a counseling provider. Their experienced Care Companion team works on your behalf to connect you with licensed mental health professionals, substance use treatment providers, and community resources.

Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, depression, grief, family challenges, stress, or other concerns, Care Solace is available to help.

Care Solace can help individuals and families:

  • Find mental health counseling and therapy providers.
  • Locate substance use treatment services.
  • Match providers based on insurance, language, location, specialty, and personal preferences.
  • Connect with in-person or virtual care options.
  • Navigate the process of scheduling appointments and accessing services.
  • Receive support regardless of insurance status.

Care Solace services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in more than 200 languages, making it easy for families to receive support whenever they need it. The service is completely free for all Sisters School District students, families, and staff.
