Mosaic Community Health
Health Care Provider
Mosaic Community Health is a longstanding nonprofit healthcare partner of Sisters School District, working alongside our schools to help students stay healthy, engaged, and ready to learn. Through the SBHC (Sisters School-Based Health Center), located on the Sisters campus, Mosaic provides convenient access to medical and behavioral healthcare for children and youth while helping reduce barriers that can impact learning and student success.
Together, Sisters School District and Mosaic Community Health share a commitment to supporting the whole child. By bringing healthcare closer to where students learn, this partnership helps families access preventive care, treatment for illness and injuries, chronic disease management, mental and behavioral health services, and connections to additional community resources. For many families, the School-Based Health Center offers a convenient, trusted healthcare option that strengthens student wellness, supports attendance, and helps every child thrive both in and out of the classroom.
