Matt Hilgers

Athletic Director & Assistant Principal Matt Hilgers serves as the Athletic Director and Assistant Principal at Sisters High School, where he also leads the Outlaws baseball program as Head Coach. Dedicated to fostering a well-rounded educational and athletic environment, Matt works tirelessly to support Outlaw students, coaches, and staff both in the classroom and on the field.

Charlie Kanzig 

Head Cross Country Coach

A cornerstone of the Sisters High School community, Charlie Kanzig has spent decades mentoring student-athletes on the trails and in the classroom. As the Head Cross Country coach, Charlie emphasizes the "Sisters Way"—focusing on personal growth, endurance, and a deep appreciation for the Central Oregon landscape. His coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that running is a lifelong journey, and he takes pride in seeing Outlaw runners develop the grit and character that extend far beyond the finish line.

Dedicated to fostering a supportive team environment where every runner, from the front-runner to the beginner, is encouraged to reach their full potential.
